Properties
Dark brown to purple brown granules. Density is 1.14, soluble in oils, benzene, ethyl acetate ,carbon disulfide and ethanol, hardly soluble in gasoline , not water soluble. Provides powerful antioxidant properties with excellent high temperature and flexing resistance to rubber compounds.

Storage

Antioxidant 40101NA, also known as antioxidant IPPD, chemical name is N-isopropyl-N '- phenyl-phenylenediamine, it is prepared by reacting 4-aminodiphenylamine, acetone, and hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst under pressure at 160 to 165 ℃, the melting point is 80.5 ℃, and the boiling point is 366 ℃. It is an additive that is an excellent general purpose antioxidant for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex. It has good protective properties against ozone and flex cracking. It is also an excellent protective agent for heat, oxygen, light, and general aging. It can also inhibit the catalytic aging effect of harmful metals such as copper and manganese on rubber. Usually used for tires, inner tubes, rubber tubes, adhesive tapes, industrial rubber products, etc.
