Properties
Nontoxic, combustible, yellow powder. As with the S-isomer, said mu-sulfur, high polymerization forms, not soluble in carbon disulfide and other solvents. Mu-sulfur instability can be gradually transformed into cubic crystal-sulfur, a few weeks at room temperature 50% change, as long as 80℃with changes in a few minutes, this need by adding stabilizer to reduce its rate of change.
Application
Insoluble sulfur is mainly used in rubber industries, as curing agents make rubber surface spray cream, which will improve the steel-adhesive binding, because the plastic uniform distribution, which would ensure the quality of vulcanization, is the best rubber curing agent, it is widely used tire carcass compound , in particular meridian tires all steel, can also be used for cable, cots, rubber products such as rubber compound.
Package
25kg kraft paper bag.
Storage
The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 1 years.

Advantages:
1) Insoluble sulfur exists in a dispersed state in rubber, ensuring that the rubber material does not spray frost and has good adhesion, while ensuring the appearance quality of light colored products.
2) Insoluble sulfur is evenly dispersed in the rubber material, effectively resisting the aggregation of sulfur and reducing the tendency to scorch during the storage process of the rubber material.
3) Insoluble sulfur prevents frost spraying during the storage period of the adhesive, maintaining uniform performance of the adhesive components. Prevent contamination of products and molds, and remove the added coating process to overcome frost spraying, providing conditions for production linkage.
4) Insoluble sulfur prevents rubber from migrating between adjacent adhesive layers. Especially in the compounds of cis-1,4-butyl rubber and butadiene rubber, the migration rate of ordinary sulfur is very high, which can be avoided by adding insoluble sulfur.
5) Insoluble sulfur shortens the vulcanization time. After reaching the vulcanization temperature, it has an "activation stage", namely chain depolymerization, which accelerates the vulcanization rate and reduces the amount of sulfur used, which is beneficial for improving the aging performance of the product.
