The yellow powder (granule). The density is 1.37-1.40. Odorless and tasteless. Soluble in benzene, acetone, CH2CI2, CS2, toluene, party soluble in alcohol and diethyl ether, insoluble in gasoline and water Stabilization for storage

Application

Generally used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for sulphenamides to achieve faster cure rate Distinguished by very good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams, high curing activity and no discoloration. No cure activity in the absence of added elemental sulfur. An excellent accelerator for polychloroprene in association with Rtenza DPG and Sulfur. It's critical temperature is 121℃

Storage

The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 2 years.

Related information extension

This product is a non discoloring and non polluting super accelerator, mainly used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The activity is about 10% lower than that of accelerator RTENZA TMTD, and the elongation strength of vulcanized rubber is also slightly lower. The post effect of the vulcanization critical temperature of 121 ℃ is greater than that of thiuram disulfide and dithiocarbamate accelerators, and the anti scorching performance is excellent. When using this product, the sulfur dosage range is relatively large. This product can be used alone or in combination with thiazole, aldehydes, guanidine and other accelerators, making it an active agent for thiazole accelerators. There is a delayed vulcanization effect in general purpose (GN-A type) butadiene rubber. When used in combination with dithiocarbamate in latex, it can reduce the tendency of early vulcanization of the rubber compound. This product cannot decompose into active sulfur and cannot be used for sulfur free coordination. Mainly used in the manufacturing of cables, tires, rubber hoses, tape, colorful and transparent products, footwear, heat-resistant products, etc.
