Other names:
N-(1,3-Dimethylbutyl)-N-Phenyl-p-phenylene Diamine;
Antioxidant 4020; N-(1,3-Dimethylbutyl)-N-Phenyl-1,4-Benzenediamine; Flexzone 7F; Vulkanox 4020; BHTOX-4020; N-(1.3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine; N-(4-methylpentan-2-yl)-N'-phenylbenzene-1,4-diamine
It belongs to the rubber antioxidant of p-phenylenediamine. The pure product is white powder and oxidized into brown solid when exposed to air. In addition to its good anti-oxygen effect, it also has the functions of anti-ozone, anti-bending and cracking, and inhibiting copper, manganese and other harmful metals. Its performance is similar to that of the antioxidant 4010NA, but its toxicity and skin irritation are less than 4010NA, and its solubility in water is also better than 4010NA. The melting point is 52 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 35-40 ℃, it will slowly agglomerate.
The anti-ozone agent and antioxidant used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber have excellent protective effects on ozone cracking and bending fatigue aging, and also have good protective effects on heat, oxygen, copper, manganese and other harmful metals. Applicable to nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, AT; NN, natural rubber, etc.
