6. Release agents and other migration residues accumulate on the surface of the mold
7. Some adhesives and framework components may contaminate the mold due to adhesive contamination

1. Mold material selection based on adhesive type
2. Control the machining accuracy of the mold
3. Reasonably use acid absorbing materials in the formula and skillfully use vacuum pumping
4. Mold surface treatment or addition of inert coating
5. Optimize vulcanization process
6. Reasonably use internal and external release agents as well as various additives with poor affinity to rubber
7. The adhesive process on the skeleton is in place
